Posted "covid hours" said open until 8pm, I arrived at 7:36 to locked doors and a employee who saw me walking up and immediately... went to the back.. she then proceeded to come out and watch me drive away.. you're already closing early due to covid at leaststay until posted hours.. customer service is non existent. Very good experience here. Everything is clean and the staff our welcoming. I don't go to any other subway anymore. I work in... Healthcare and know when I see a clean and healthy place. The employees make the place inviting, they are warm and know thenames of their regular customers. Every time I come in I'm greated with a smile and conversation. Great for a quick break fromthe job. For the most part, they don't accept any coupons here. I recognize that the coupons are at "participating locations only," but... being sent coupons only to be denied using them upon your arrival is false advertising. Go to any other subway franchiseinstead! Read more
