I purchased a 5.99 drink with a 5 dollar gift card and when I went to pay the balance with a 20 dollar bill the cashier told me... that I couldn't pay my balance with a 20 dollar bill. She stated that she couldn't break that. I said what do you mean you can'tbreak a 20 bill I'm paying my balance your not breaking anything this is what I'm using to pay. I love Starbucks Cafe they make the best coffees but this is a total robbery, a coffee of almost 9 dollars for half is a robbery... and right under your nose and waiting 30 minutes for your coffee your guys have to make better for real Read more

The employees are flustered and rude, walk in ordered get their drinks quickly while the online orders are told to wait. I was... told "sorry we have half your oder but it's going to be another 30 minutes for your other drink" which was a white hotchocolate. What is the point of the app if you get slower service. The employees at this store lack any sort of common sense. I actually feel bad for them. I place an order online. My food is... ready quickly. 10 minutes goes by and the barista asks what my name is, I say Josh. She goes okay and just goes back to whatevershe?s doing. Another 10 minutes goes by and I see people that ordered in the store get their drinks, so finally I say whats upI?m still waiting. Delicious drinks, atmosphere, and an incredible staff (especially when bombarded). STAFF: The staff are friendly, humorous, and... A-MAZING under pressure. Kudos to the staff who dont even break a sweat and getting the orders RIGHT during rushes consideringthere's only 2-3 people there when they happen.???? SEATING: This Starbucks has 6 tables inside including a wheelchairaccessible one in the back and tables outside. Inside, there's almost always seating because most customers are mobile orderswho leave shortly after or sit outside. Then there's a handful that stay to work, or study, and a couple tourists thatoccasionally come in. WIFI: Strong and fast connection. Just don't expect to be able to work on website backends or websiteswith high ram (like me). Although, this isn't limited to just this location. BONUS: Every once in a while when things slowdown, they ask cute questions and give out $4 Starbucks cards to whoever can answer the quesrion first. Warning: There'smorning rushes during the week between 8ish-10am. By rush, I mean at least 10-12 mobile orders coming in at once. Be prepared. Read more
Ordered dark roast and was offered medium because they were out, requested a pour over and it was full of coffee grounds and... wasn't even hot. Believe it was on purpose because they were closing and locked the door while we were waiting. Never had thisproblem with a pour over before. Smh Read more
This location has a welcoming feel, and the whole team, especially Che, Summer, and Tim, are super nice and considerate. They... work hard to remember people's names and orders; they are very observant and make sure the customers leave happy. I feel like myorder is a bit complicated, but they never make a fuss or have an attitude about it. They put up the Christmas/Holidaydecorations in one night! It looks so good.
