I purchased a 5.99 drink with a 5 dollar gift card and when I went to pay the balance with a 20 dollar bill the cashier told me... that I couldn't pay my balance with a 20 dollar bill. She stated that she couldn't break that. I said what do you mean you can'tbreak a 20 bill I'm paying my balance your not breaking anything this is what I'm using to pay. The employees are flustered and rude, walk in ordered get their drinks quickly while the online orders are told to wait. I was... told "sorry we have half your oder but it's going to be another 30 minutes for your other drink" which was a white hotchocolate. What is the point of the app if you get slower service.
