The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. The guy making the drinks was energetic and singing along to every song. The space felt... great and very welcoming. I love to see ppl happy to be at work. I thought I would never come to this Starbucks again after I a bad experience . But I went again and Xavier changed that. He has... A1 customer service. Every time I go there , he is pleasant , and kind . He has even referred new drinks to me ! And no matterthe time of day , whenever I see him , he is always on my move , making sure the customers are well taken care of , making surethe store is clean and organized . I adore this Starbucks! The music is always amazing and it's super LGBTQ friendly. Most of the reviews who dont like its... atmosphere are boring white cishet people who should just go back to the suburbs, and don't understand the importance of keepingup morale in corporate environments that exploit their staff. The staff is LGBTQ and BLM friendly and doing their very best withvery little resources. It's clear the manager is rarely there to see the fallout of how understaffed they are most days, butsomehow they keep a positive attitude no matter how slammed. The staff doesn't let customers be bullied or harassed, and havedeep relationships with their regulars and each other. Haters will hate, shake it off babes. The rest of us love you. Read more
I?m convinced morning shift needs to be trained how to make drinks correctly. My frap always f$$k up and never get extra caramel... that I pay for. I used to work at Starbucks and I always see the two mornings females making the drinks wrong my recent drinkhad literally no ice and it was like that because she tried to make two of the same drinks in one blend which your NOT supposedto do so my drink came out like water milk.
