Really enjoyed my meal. Attended there two times in October. I ate in the establishment both times.
This would be my first negative review of this establishment. My meals in the past have been great, however; the club sandwich... I received today was undesirable. The toast was burnt and hard making it difficult for consumption. On top of this my deliverywas late which was an inconvenience for me. Read more
This place used to be amazing back when I was growing up. Now the customer service & food is horrible. I ordered a shrimp... cheesesteak & fries + half & half. Cheese steak was dry. The real silver moon from maybe 8-10 years ago used to do a whole 12”subs, but this place doesn’t. They only have 8”. French fries are soggy and hard (more like undercooked) and the half andhalf is from the soda fountain, Brisk Tea & Lemonade. They only give you about 4 packets of ketchup, they do not offer acondiments stand. Not to mention it came to $19. Not the quality of food you expect for the price. I love the food here. However, today I requested an order that included a pizza. The pizza did not arrive, and I received no... notification. I immediately tried to call the delivery company ( Doordash), but no one answered. Finally, I called therestuarant and was told the driver left the pizza cause it was not ready. They took the pizza off, but the driver still got thetip. I told the lady at the restuarant that I wish I had known. This was an inconvenience and I had to fix something else toadd to the meal which defeated the purpose of ordering out. As expensive as it is to request delivery I would think I wouldreceive my order and not have a driver leave it because it was not ready. Read more
Got in late for our weekend getaway and was starving. Started driving around looking for something to eat and everywhere we... passed was closed but we saw people going in here and saw the sign said subs. I ordered a turkey wrap with everything. It camewith a pickle spear and chips. This was the best wrap I've ever had. Read more
The service was nice however my food was horrible i ordered a slice of pizza pepperoni sausage and 10 bbq wings the pizza had no... flavor at all the sausage on the pizza look like cut up hot dogs cheese firm like glue the wings were literal whole wings cut uphard and very flavorless aside from the bbq sauce i would like a whole refund asap Read more
