I visited Rye Street Tavern for brunch yesterday and I loved it! I had their huevos rancheros and it was amazing!!! I also loved... their hunny glazed buns. We sat outside (which was beautiful), they do a great job of keeping guests socially distanced fromeach other. The staff were all very friendly, the food was great, and the location is beautiful. If you ever want to tease the best southern fried chicken you’ve ever had in your life, come here. You will get half a chicken... and I promise you will not be able to finish half of it. The restaurant is well decorated with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is both friendly and attentive. For the most part,... pricing is fair, even the cocktails- considering the excellent work by the bar staff. Even when drinks off menu were ordered,some brilliant concoctions came out. The food, particularly the chicken liver mousse and friend chicken dishes are fantastic.The only negative is the bread served with the chicken tends to come out cool instead of warm. Personal detractor - the picklesare closer to bread and butter than dill. Dessert was fairly good, the homemade ice cream is well made. Unfortunately the applepie did not come out warm as expected.
