If the store doesn't have straws put a sign up saying so. The manager watched me pour a drink and made me ask for a straw before... telling me he didn't have any! Makes no sense to allow people to water cups when a peice of paper would stop that. Read more

There is something special or unique about the "Store" in your area. I give this Royal Farms a five-star rating because I can... get to it so easily, in addition to the availability and consistency of the food I am able to purchase. If you have been to anyother royal farms, you know that they have fried chicken, fries, and subs. The coffee is grinded on the spot in those littlemachines, but I never really appreciated that for a good cup. Wawa wins that 10/10 all day every day for me, as long as it'shot and fresh, nobody makes a better cup. The staff doesn't seem rude to me at all at the moment, if anything, I enjoy each oftheir individual characteristics. The amount I patronize this Royal Farms weighs here, but still. I know how to ask for whatit want with respect. You have to have the intentions of treating someone else with kindness to get it in return. If you saythank you, they say you are welcome, if you appreciate them for your time, you'll want to come back. All in all, this storedoes the trick, what more are we supposed to ask for? Read more

Staff are rude with snappy passive aggressive attitudes. Ive experience this from 3 different staff on multi shifts. Nobody... wants to do basic things/ answer simple questions. The location .5 miles away is much better, cleaner, and the staff are verypleasant. Read more

Staff is normally very nice and welcoming, even handing out masks to those who can?t get one. my problem is the amount of... crackhead junkies that roam around. i stood in line for 20 minutes when i was the ONLY other person in it, because a crackheadcouldn?t get his through his head that ¢33 and a lollipop wrapper wasn?t enough for a pack of smokes. Never any coffee at 7-7:30am, managers are rude, and the one older lady only ever stands at the front... she never moves to make... any coffee even when there are no lines or customers in line because we all are waiting for coffee. Coffee bar is usuallycovered in trash and sticky. But the royal farms up the street on Taylor Ave is no better, you?re taking a chance with bothlocations when it comes to coffee being ready. Forget coming here to get your coffee in the mornings, price tags are incorrectso you won?t know your price of an item until you get to cashier. The aisles are always more than empty as well as thecoolers. Food is mediocre and never fresh. Use to be a brunette with glasses who made my food every morning, seems she is nolonger there. Eggs come out half frozen, bacon, bread or cheese burnt... sometimes all 3 are burnt. Chicken looks like it?s beenout for hours. Seems no fresh chicken is made from 5am to 8am. Store manager has a sickly ?sweet? attitude. She?s definitelynot sweet, just a facade to make it seem like she cares and isn?t trying to give you an attitude when she really is. Attitudewith a smile. Half the employees seem to not want to be there, and if that?s the case then they shouldn?t work there. Over thepast couple months it seems employees are constantly coming and going as the store manager and tall guy who says he?s a managerboth do not know how to speak to employees. I also believe disciplining an employee should be done away from customers in a backroom. Not mature or professional to speak ignorantly to employees in front of customers and I have personally seen them both dothis to employees, which would explain constantly seeing employees coming and going.
