Cashier told me that I couldn?t order any food at 7:30pm because he was the only one working. How can you run a ROFO like this?

Four stars for the chicken - We all know (or if you don?t - then don?t take my word for it, try some) for take out chicken that... Royal Farms is quite good, and depending on your taste (and which location is making it) better than Popeyes, KFC,TTK etcoverall. The secret though - go when they are busy. The minute that chicken goes under the lights it?s time is limited. But ifyou?re fortunate enough to hit it where they say ?sorry you?re order will be a few minutes, I had to put a batch in? - Don?tfret - you?re in luck! It will be that much better I promise. Honestly wish I could give it zero! Still waiting on a reply from royal farms as we speak but they seem to concerned with other... issues rather than their customers! Also funny how you can?t contact any of the headquarters/ service line! Because they don?twant you to call they want it done online total disregard for their customers! No respect for the people who actually keep yourbusiness running! Shopped at royal farms 365 days a year for the past 5 years spent at least 30 dollars a day and that?s besidesthe fact! But yesterday I was in my local royal farms as I am everyday stated above and I was refused service because I wouldn?tpull my mask down! I told the cashier that we are still in a pandemic and I was not going to remove the mask my id is enoughverification as she has also waited on me plenty of days before without issue of the mask all of a sudden my id wasn?t enoughanymore I was then yelled at by said cashier stating in quote ?I do not care about the pandemic? I was then shouted at againthat she would call the cops if I were to not leave the store I then asked another employee for the store number not phonenumber for those of you confused but the actual store number for their location and was again denied the store number! Now I?mnot sure if said people were having a bad day but at the end of it all it was no way for a customer being myself to be treated.I hope I get a follow up within the coming days! Ah before I forget she also claimed she was the manager but I know she isn?tand then changed her position to store leader so if there?s no manger on site what is actually going on here! Read more
The chicken is pretty good, but some products are sub-par, however for the kind of place it is, it's good enough. The store is... well stocked with a limited but varied selection. The employees are for the most part nice & friendly, but some are cold andborderline rude (only 1/5th of them). Read more
They have an awesome home style chicken salad that is off the chain!! Like I could eat it everyday!! The MAIN PROBLEM IS THEY... RUN OUT OF IT EARLY EVERY SINGLE DAY!! They need to learn to make more of the home style & not so much of the other kind becausethere's always so much of the other kind left! It seems nobody likes it!!
