2 of the young african american employees are rude and unwilling to help customers. When asked for assistance to use mobile... coupons, neither one knew how to do this. And when i questioned them, was frustrated and angry, and asked for them to correctprice, the girl picked up my stuff and walked saying Have a good day. And refused service. This is not the only time this stirehas had rude employees that are unwilling to assist customers. And when asked to have them ringnthings up, they refuse and makeyou use the self checkout. Read more
Very salty I ordered my Royal farm chicken , the 8 pieces, it is always so good but I think it is too salt to my taste. It... would be great if it is not that salty. Did the cook or serve tasted it ??? I like Royal farm chicken but I realized thislocation chicken whether it is chicken wings, drumsticks, breast meat etc? it is so salty. The store is always dirty inside. The floors especially. The aisles are always filled with stock. The managers are full of... themselves. And most importantly the lot and sidewalks are always strewn with trash. Sad to say this is my neighborhood store. Read more
Generally, the cashiers are all friendly and not overtly rude. The one I had today changed that opinion. I even tried to gently... let her know the way she was acting, was not complimentary. This is my go to Royal Farms. Almost daily. A shame I will rethinkthat. Read more
Usually, I get a decent service there, but those people weren't there today. There were two women making chicken. It took then... 25 minutes to have my order ready. Then She told they didnt have anymore thighs. I went for wings. On top of that, I ordered aside order of western fry, she just put six western fries on the box. When I got home, there were only couple of western frythat come with the order. I will never order again when those two ladies are there. Read more
I went to royal farms, you may have noticed i did not CAPITALIZED royal or farms because, i asked the store employee will there... be any more chicken wings up, he told me we will not be frying any more chicken. I went into Royal Farms on Oct. 23 @ 3:00 pm to buy 3 Coffee top creamers. The cashier on duty said, ? I cannot open the cooler... door and the man working the chicken station does not work here?. I live a block away and will never enter that store again.Been going for 20+ years. Read more
