I know what you're thinking ... "All Royal Farms are the same and all have the same universal policy for wearing a mask". Well,... you would be absolutely incorrect. What my career allows me to do is travel, a lot, across the US. And I've been to severalRoyal Farms. This one is uniquely different. Every other Royal Farms, I am greeted with a pleasant smile and a warm welcome.Every other Royal Farms asked me if I minded putting on a mask. Unfortunately,Royal?s Farms facilities continue bad service for customers.Some of them does new "technology ":special belt with... signs ?close for cleaning ".When you can see this options it?s mean restrooms will be closed anytime and specially formen.Women?s restroom open for public. This is one of the busiest Royal Farms I've ever been in. My only complaint is that they are sometimes so busy that they are... sold out on a lot of popular items: Energy Drinks Donuts Royal Farms Coffee Not really sure what they can do about that. Theyare off a major highway. They are getting traffic from employees at Amazon, truck drivers, the car wash, a host of businesseswithin walking distance and large strip mall. Stopped in for quick coffee. Dirty. Messy. Coffee tasted burnt. Had to throw it away. Very disappointing.
WARNING! The prices charged at the register do not match what is advertised in the store. (See Pictures) I purchased two packs... of Newport 100''s and was overcharged by about one dollar. I explained the discrepancy between the price advertised and theprice charged but the clerk insisted I was wrong. The advertised price is "$9.23 Special price when you buy 2." I was charged$10.21 per pack with a dollar discount subtracted from the subtotal. This is obviously incorrect. $10.21 + $10.21 =$20.42. $20.42 - $1.00 = $19.42 Whereas, $9.23 + $9.23 = $18.46. A difference of $0.96. All of these calculations take placebefore tax is considered, so I was overcharged for tax as well. After clearly explaining the math to the clerk they stillrefused to refund me the difference. Then suggested I take it up with someone else. Read more
Great place for your very early morning coffee and breakfast. The Krispy Kreme doughnuts get delivered super early so they are... very fresh at 4:30am. Sometimes it gets busy at this time but they have 4 self check out registers that are very easy to use. Iusually stop by here after work every morning. The staff is friendly even though it's easy to see they need to hire a couplemore people for this shift. They are busy with both customers and getting ready for the morning rush. Somehow they manage to doboth while being understaffed and maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor. Read more
