I am very big on businesses that help the very community that supports them. So one day I was waiting for my order and I... overheard an incoming call in which a customer was calling to inform them that they could not pick up the order. The ownerexplained that the food was already finished and that they would have to throw it away. At the same time a homeless man fromoutside on the side walk entered and asked the owner COULD I PLEASE TAKE OUT YOUR TRASH OR SCRUB THE FLOOR OR DO DISHES ANYTHINGTO EARN A MEAL BECAUSE IM VERY HUNGRY. The owner said " no I have no food I can give you." I spoke up and suggested- can't youlet him do something and give him the order that was just cancelled. They told me NO also. Which brings about a very serioussituation. 1. Either the owner would rather throw food away than feed someone who was willing to work for it. ( Which is verydisheartening) or 2. They were going to try to reuse and resell the food ( which is a violation of the law) . I too cancelled myorder at that point. I'll let you decide Read more
Excellent teriyaki chicken on stick, 4 sticks made for an easy meal. We also enjoyed the fried chicken wings and rice, both... were fresh and tasty. Owner and wife were friendly and courteous. We are new to Greektown, and were pleasantly surprised tofind a decent chinese takeout place hidden among the Greek and Hispanic restaurants. We will definitely try other dishes in thefuture. Ordered food, waited for 2 hours just to find out that the driver have gave my food to someone else, I refused to paid do to the... irresponsability, the manager said no he didn’t even apologize, they didn’t even had the courtesy to call me to tell thatthe driver was late until I called myself, the driver called me saying that he was outside(sure wasn’t) then he wouldn’tanswer my call, then when he finally answered it was to tell me he gave my food to someone else. I will not order from thisplace again service sucks. Read more
This place is a joke. Tried to charge a 10$ delivery fee because we “live too far.” 3.2 miles away is not far. Asked to... speak to a manager and wouldn’t you guess it, the manager is not there. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are making upnew fees to try and rip people off. Order from China east or oriental wok. Save your money from this dump. Read more
The food was so horrible. My co-worker and I had to call the store and get more food sent to us, because of the way it tasted... and looked. Even when they re-delivered our food it was the same way. The representative told me they have a new cook so sheapologize. That's no excuse to give someone horrible food like they did. I would never order from this place again. Read more
They are very professional. They have excellent customer service. Their service is very fast, and the food is always... exceptional. Another thing, the cheese steak egg rolls are the best here. I've tried about 20 other Chinese Restaurants cheesesteak egg rolls and Royal China's is by far the best one I had!! Read more
I call for the first time, the girl that took my order was polite gave me the total and say that it was going to be 10 minutes.... I ordered a large chicken,shrimp and pork fried rice no veggies I decided to go with the large because it was only $8 and thesmall was $6. I also rider a shrimp roll $1. After 10 minutes I went to pick it up. It smell good but it tasted blah the ricehad veggies but I didn't feEl like going out to exchange it, I found 6 shrimp total a small pieces of pork ... the amount ofchicken was fine but it taste it funny. And the shrimp roll was dried and to my surprise no shrimp inside. I trash both things.I do not recommend this place 1st and last time there. Read more
