Normally I order the classic berry bowl which is usually good but this time I threw it away after eating a spoonful because it... tasted and smelled very weird and different like it the bowl or whatever it was made in wasn?t cleaned properly. I understandthat customers sometimes over exaggerate their bad experiences and will lie just to make the company or person who works for thecompany look bad but I swear what was served to me today was TRASH and the bananas were hard. I was going to go back in Pure rawjuice to explain the problem but I had a couple clients to take care of. Customer service in some of the people who work therecould also be a bit better. The smoothie tasted great. There's a one-star deduction due to the sullen individual at the counter who appeared very reluctant... to take my order. It's usually protocol for the person at the counter to ask "What can I get for you?" instead of just staring,unblinking, at the customer for 90 seconds until the customer asks "Uh... Ordered a Beet me Up smoothie which was good, didn't wait too long for it either. Only concern I had was regarding a couple of... employees coughing and sneezing with no gloves or other form of protection. Also, most employees were playing on their phoneswhich I personally don't care, but if there's customers in front of you at least stick the phone away for a bit until theyleave. Smoothie was good, but $10 for a smoothie is pretty steep. Lowered rating is because two staff members were repeatedly sneezing... and coughing and complaining to each other about "allergies" while making my drink. I realize masks are no longer required butfeel staff (and everyone) should wear them if you have those kind of symptoms. I really hope employees are regularly covidtested and that this smoothie doesn't get me sick. Read more
