I have been coming to this location since it opened (It was the only spot I could still get a Chocolate Malt.) When the wifi in... my building went down, EVERY staff member & manager, bent over backwards to ensure my comfort & satisfaction. I've spent a lotof time in this store over the last few weeks & noticed they treat all of their customers as nicely as I am treated. The foodhas always been fantastic. If an error is made, they quickly correct it to your satisfaction. They also maintain thecleanliness of the restaurant & bathrooms (which is difficult as the majority of customers are students that aren't used tocleaning.) Charles Village has a large population of the mentally ill. It also attracts a large number of panhandlers. Sincemost properties allow pets, dog-friendly would be an understatement. My point is, this restaurant faces problems, every day allday, that most never have to confront. They treat every person through that door with respect even when THEY themselves areshown none. I could choose any of a dozen restaurants to dine in, or even use their wifi. However, the atmosphere J.T.,Simone, Shelby, DeSean & the others have created is very comfortable. So, it would be foolish to go anywhere else. Whether aresident, visitor, or very large group you would be remiss in passing Potbelly's by. Read more
Another ignorant restaurant employee yelling about the law they think they know. The older gentleman, James, at the register was... extremely rude to me regarding my service dog. He demanded that I have to have paperwork saying that my dog was a service dogand when I attempted to show him the ADA website explaining how that is misinformation, he argued with me and refused to look atmy phone demanding that he had done the research and I had to have paperwork. Not thinking to go check the door dash shelf since... that?s not how I ordered, I waited until they put food on the online order shelf. Do you allow people to smoke pot just outside the exit door of your Potbelly store in Towson? A third person with a red shirt... were with these two people in the attached photo coming in and out of the exit door a couple of times. The pot smell was so bad,we had to leave the outside table where we were eating.This occurred on Sunday, 6/5/22, between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm. Read more

The sandwich I ordered (beef and provolone) was just okay. There wasn't a lot of meat (literally like one thin slice), which I... feel like really makes a sandwich good, and something tasted bitter halfway through (not sure what it was, maybe an onion thatwasn't fresh?). Not a ton of veggies in there either. For the price and variety of add-ins, I feel like at this point I wouldjust prefer to go to a subway. However, service was good and fast. Read more
