I ordered two sandwiches: one of them was supposed to have avocado and it didn't. And the other sandwich I asked to add bacon,... and it didn't have it. Rip off! How hard is it to add ingredients you ask for with an online order??? They added the italianseasoning I asked...but the expensive ingredients you choose not to add? What a big disappointment. Been to many Potbelly stores thru the years. Stopped at this on near University of Maryland Hospital since a family member was... admitted. This store is not the best. It was cleanish, but not really clean for a store that was not busy at the time. The womanthat took our orders was not the most attentive and asked for details over and over. There was also supply issues... no peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches (which of course my kiddo wanted) no tomatoes, and no cheddar cheese. She also overcharged us forsome drinks but I was too exasperated to care to pursue it. Read more
