The service was great, food was very good and I aways purchase popeyes each time I am out doing business.
I would give a 0 if I could. I went through the drive thru last night. My experience was ok until I got to the window. First... once the bag was given to me we checked everything. We were missing sauces that came with the meal and a side. We asked forextra sauces and immediately were met with attitude and responses like ?whatever?. We then advised we were missing a side. Mindyou the order was repeated at the intercom and the receipt matched the order. They argued with us and took an additional 7 minto bring the side we paid for. Then argued about the sauces we requested and lied about the price. We asked for 3 sauces shecharged us for two after the 5th attempt of asking and continuously being met with attitude. After frustration we gave up anddrove off. The experience was not necessary for the amount of time it took to wait and get half of the requested items. Read more
Came in around 925pm . Ordered a chicken sandwich, this may have been the worst excuse for a chicken sandwich I?ve ever seen.... They put so much sauce on this thing the bread was soggy, the breading was gone, melted into the sauce. I go to tell the cashierthis sandwich is messed up. The manager comes over takes the sandwich out the bag, sauce dripping, and says this is a perfectlymade chicken sandwich, and slam dunks it in the trash as he has an emotional breakdown. The did not have anymore sandwiches so Ihad to settle for 2 legs and a wing and had to argue with a grown man having a break down to get that. This was the worstPopeyes I?ve ever been to. I ordered and waited for it. I left and accidentally left my phone. It took me 30 minutes to realize that my phone was missing.... I went back into the store and asked if I has left my phone. The Jamaican lady ask me to wait a second so that she could getit. She brought it to me immediately and waited on the next customer. I think that she was so professional and helpful withouthaving to give me attitude. The tenders were a little dry but, Ok. Read more
