Spent $54 for lunch. Was charged for item i didn?t receive. Manager said I couldn?t get refund for just the 1 missing item. Said... he?d have to refund the entire order. Staff including manager very rude & unprofessional. Will never go there again? Read more
I called other Popeyes locations and this was the only one that answered the phone. I wanted to order a large order of just... chicken and beneighs for desert. The manager answered and I told him about other Popeyes locations not answering their phonesand even hanging up on me without saying anything. I told him I needed the order completed by 10 am, and he got to work earlyjust to have my order ready. I picked my order up and he had it boxed up for me and ready to go. I didn?t get the managers namebut he was a very polite and professional. Them having my large order ready for me in time made the rest of my scheduled dayeasier. The food was also very delicious. I went there yesterday and I ordered a 3 piece white meat. The young teenage boy said they are out of white meat... I seen... behind him 2 bins full of breast and wings... He didn't even turn around and look... Like he didn't want to work... The serviceis always terrible there.... Very in organized Read more
I went to Popeyes this pass Thursday. I ordered 12 nugget meal,Cole slaw with a extra biscuit an a strawberry soda it came to... 13 an change. I get home the Cole slaw was bad a little brown on top the nuggets was fine the soda was flat. I take it back theysay they couldn't give me my money back an it was know manger in the store. I come home to an call the corporate office youwould have thought someone would have gotten back to me. But this wasn't the 1st time this have happen. I was at this location today and I swear the drive thru person in the Pink jacket needs more training. From the time I pulled up... and she started talking to me like she could care less. If you hate your job quit & let people who want to work respectfully dothat job. I ordered $30 worth of food. Shrimp were hot fries were cold & biscuits like bricks. I also ordered 2 sprites but thesprite was out so she gave me (2)32 oz lemonades without asking me. Nor did I ask for 32 oz drinks that was her decision. Thewhole time I remain cool no arguments because you can?t get anywhere like that. She refund the sodas but had no receipt paper soshe offered to take a pictures of the register order. Gave me the food no thank you or nothing. Not looking to get her fired buther customer service skills was very poor. The one on Sinclair lane. I Had to wait for 25 minutes. Came out with the wrong meal. I had to wait again so they could get my... order right. Then I got home the rice was uncooked; so hard. Big mad all that waiting and my meal still was not right. I shouldget what I pay for. Read more
Went through the drive thru today to try the new Blackened chicken sandwich. I ordered the combo with mashed potatoes and sweet... tea for the drink (because that?s the only drink they had). They told me it would be a 5 minute wait for the sandwich which wasfine. The line wasn?t moving anyway. Get to the window and pay, they said it?s still a 3 minute wait. I pull up and wait for myorder. After I get it, I get all the way home only to find out I received a regular chicken sandwich, not the blackened sandwichthat I paid and waited for. To make matters worse, the sandwich I did get wasn?t even hot, mashed potatoes barely had any gravyon them, and the tea wasn?t even sweet (it literally tasted like water).
