I frequent this location because it?s the best Açaí bowl in the area. I?ve tried many different bowls from all over the place... and Playa Bowls are simply the best. I had pitaya bowl and it was really good! The menu is amazing, literally everything you could ever want for a smoothie bowl!... This is the only smoothie bowl place I've been to that has sooo many options and the option to mix bowls! I can't wait to tryanother bowl. Read more
They have a lot of work to do. They are extremely slow and behind. You get looked over if your not Jewish they tend to rather... cater to the Jewish clientele. This location is so cute, in the middle of a lot of other shops / restaurants. I always get the Nutella Bowl and the fruit and... everything is very fresh and delicious. A little pricey but I think it?s typical for any type of healthier food like this. Read more
Amazing and yet satisfying is all I can say about this little place that is tucked in at the Quarry Lake vicinity. I have never... tried anything like before, but I've seen these bowls at other locations. There are two entrances in the front and rear. Thereis indoor seating, plus a cute small lounge area towards the rear. There is a restroom available. I wish I had spent timelooking at the menu because they do get a lot of traffic in and out, and I didn't want to hold up the line. All I know is Iwanted mango, which is my favorite fruit. For my treat, I ordered the Coco Craze minus the coconut flakes and ordered theElectric Mermaid for hubby. These tiny bowls are the size of ice cream sundae, but they are packed fresh ingredients and leaveyou mighty full. The decor is quite the cute, with their tropical theme of surf boards, wooden inspired tables, and chairs,plus the painted murals of waves and tropical leaves. The honey was very sweet and overly charged my taste buds. I will say Iwill try it again; their price point for some items start at about $9 and up. This place was great. Very busy but the line was moving and staff was helpful. I got the nutella bowl which has acai and is... topped with granola, banana, strawberry, coconut flakes and of course nutella. They allow for substitutions of any item sothere's lots of combinations. The staff are super friendly and patient. They did not rush us while we were all trying to figure out what we wanted. Portions... are very large. I highly recommend you get Nutella on whatever you get! Everything was delicious and refreshing. Real fruitused. The ambiance is really nice. The place is really nicely decorated. There is also a spot in back by a fireplace for moreprivacy. Outdoor seating is also available or you can just take it and sit by the beautiful quarry. Protein shake drinks alsoavailable. Read more
