Shame on me for not reading the reviews before eating there. My pizza was inedible, totally charred on the bottom. So, I spoke... with the owner JOEY, who said he would not exchange the burnt slice for a new one or refund me my money! Horrible customerservice. This location is not even deserving of one star. Just for the arrogance of JOEY, he is not backing up his food andripping people off. Read more

Great NY style pizza. The crust is real nice. Perfectly charred on the bottom. All the other ingredients are great tasting. Let... me lay out some numbers for the folks saying it's over priced. The area of a 24 inch pizza from pizza di Joey is about 450square inches. At $42 (for the pepperoni), you get 10.5 square inches of pizza per dollar. Compare papa John's. Their XL is 16inches across. That comes to about 200 square inches. Their XL pepperoni costs 20.70. That comes to 9.5 square inches of pizzaper dollar. So not only is Pizza di Joey clearly an order of magnitude better than papa John's, it also manages to be cheaper. You pay a bit of a premium for the single slices, so the math comes out in favor of papa John's in that case, but not by muchand again. It's much better. Thank you for coming to my ted talk. Read more
One slice of plain cheese heaven. Yummy. Great prices and staff. I'll be back.
After seeing Pizza Di Joey on Instagram and seeing it's "the best Pizza in Baltimore", me and my close friend decided to go and... try it out for ourselves. The Pizza is highly overpriced, $5-$9 for one slice of Pizza is outrageous, and you have to pay $1 ifyou want a box for your slice. Besides the price, the Pizza in itself is overhyped in my opinion. It's not a bad slice by anymeans, it's a pretty decent slice, but to say "best in Baltimore"? I don't agree with that at all. I've had plenty of betterslices. But nonetheless, it was decent, and if you don't mind spending anywhere from $5-9 for one slice of pizza, then Irecommend giving it a try. Read more
This place doesn?t even deserve 1 star. Their vodka sauce taste like they poured a whole Smirnoff bottle in the sauce. They... wouldn?t take it back or give us a refund for something else. Horrible MGMT. From best pizza in Baltimore to the worst customerservice and sauce in federal hill. Read more
