So when you order online or over the phone that call isn't to the actual store. They're not there. The people taking the call... really need to listen closely and really take care when taking our orders. They also need to be kinder to loyal customers whoorder often. We now know since we had to physically go to the location and see for ourselves that the call isn't to a personlive in the store. SMH hope that they correct the way they handle these call in orders. Complete worst experience of my life. I ordered food for me and my kid. I stood at the door the driver pulled up and with the... food hanging out the window. I said are you going to walk to the door he said no and pulled off?! I’ve never seen anythinglike that. I had my child with me I was not leaving him in the house. You couldn’t walk to my house? So as you can get it pizza is my thing. But look at my waistline and you would be able to agree with me. But I must say this... particular pizz joint leaves me very sad. The cheese pizza for like it was swimming in grease. The meat lovers was not so badexcept the meat tastes like rubber. The service consisted of a few grunts from a man behind the counter and honestly was lackingthey gave you two napkins for two extra large pizzas, had no paper plates, and parking....what parking. There was nowhere to sitwhile you are waiting for your order. Also, when I came back to pick up my pizza, there was no receipt to give him as he nevergave me one I was just barely lucky he remembered who I was that was able to convince him to give me my food that I paid for.Definitely not top of the line, and definitely wouldn't take my kids there. ordering online is a waste of time they are still gonna put what they want on your order and even though I’m literally a 10... min ride they still take a hr and 30 mins sometimes more to deliver my food and then by time it gets to me IT’S COLD and whenyou call to see why there taking so long all they can tell you is the driver is out with the delivery!! And that’s IF theyactually bring it! it’s nothing worse then being hungry waiting a hour or more for delivery to get cold food madeincorrectly!!!
