If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered from the one on 33rd St but it somehow got transferred to the one at walbrook... junction. Any who I was told my order would take 35-45 minutes. Once that time passed I checked in to see how much longer itwould be and the recording said 22 minutes. So cool I left my phone upstairs and went down stairs. When I came back up stairs Iseen that I had a few missed calls. The driver said he was taking my food back because I didn't answer. I didn't answer. Whatwas the purpose of taking my address and drop off option just to make their own drop off choice. I didn't say call me I saidleave it at my door. Not once did they tell me the driver would call when they was outside. Some of these drivers want tipsafter the already ridiculous fees that the people already got to pay. Yet some are too lazy to even drop the food off outside mydoor. How he know I wasn't at the door waiting for him to drop off my food and hand him a tip. He didn't know but now I'm glad Ididn't. They better make sure I get my money back I know that. Read more
Me and my family always order from this papa johns never once had a problem up until I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and... brownie platter. My food took a hour and a half to come I called to check up on my order and the female that answered the phonewas ghetto didn?t listen to me when I told her I wanted a refund and proceeded to talk over top of me, I called back 4 times andgot hung up on.. I will never again eat from this Papa Johns. My order came 1 1/2 later after I placed an order, the driver comes with my pizza... box half open and he was all over the place. Opened the box hair was in the box as you see below, pizza was not hot and I paidfor extra cheese and it wasn?t on there. Walked in here and the employee behind the counter just stared at me. I waited for a few extra seconds to see if he would greet... me for almost 30 seconds of me and him staring at each other. He finally said can I help you? This is my first time at thisstore and I think it'll be my last time I have not impressed with anyone in the store. This Store is slow and they don't treat the customers the same. Very unprofessional.
