I am totally disappointed. The food was awful!!!!! The burgers were uncooked and tasted not fresh. I found a whole hard piece... of some type of item in my cheese steak. The french Fries were not done. The mac and cheese was unexplainably nasty. I spent 60dollars from here and could not get any of the food redone or a refund. The closest thing i could get was a free sandwich on mynext order. I normally order from them all the time. I normally make large order but with the customer service and Quality offood, never could I again. Who ever was the cook on 09/30/2022 at 4:30pm should really think about his career choice and theowner should talk to his employee concerning this!!!!!! Read more

New York fried Chicken is amazing and this location is one of the best in Baltimore. The chicken is always great and has an... awesome flavor. One of the main reasons I stopped here though is their lemonade/tea drink (half and half aka an Arnold Palmer).It comes out of one of those clear square containers that filters through the container continuously down the side... Ordered a 10 piece mixed chicken family meal. My 10 pieces of chicken consisted of 2 thighs, 3 legs , and 5 wings. The meal is... meant for 3 people obviously because it came with 3 cans of soda but the size of the sides where basically single serving.Ordered an extra Mac and cheese for $3 and received the same size. You can see how tiny they are next to the can of soda. Thered beans and rice was dry and tasteless, the Mac and cheese noodles where dry and over cooked- not sure what it tasted like, mydaughter used the word funky to describe it, the mashed potatoes where definitely instant, and the banana pudding ( the $5pudding) was instant banana pudding with a few soggy nilla wafers on top.
