Reviews for Monarque in Baltimore, MD
The atmosphere was wonderful. We went on a friday night. There is a burlesque! So much fun. There is a guy dancer who makes... spending this much money worth it. He was giving us all the business. The drinks are good. The food was cooked well. Read more
Our first visit here and it did not disappoint. What a great way to bring in my birthday. Beautiful ambience, delicious food and... live entertainment. Not even sure how I never been to the place. The staff were attentive and friendly. It was a bit loud aftera certain hour but it didn't bother us too much. The entertainment was short but beautifully done. They were engaging and itwas a nice extra touch to such a beautiful restaurant. We will definitely visit again. Read more

Went to Monarque for the first time?. This place is freaking wild! My wife loved the shows. Every piece of food we ordered was... phenomenal. Super friendly and attentive staff. It did take a little bit to get our table, but such is expected when people arewatching various acts on a Saturday night. Can?t really say anything bad about the place. The tomahawk we ordered is one of thebest steaks I?ve ever had. 100% recommend the visit! Read more
This place is sexy! The atmosphere is awesome. The shows were great. Food is amazing. I have zero complaints about this place.... Only negative is that the guy at the door told us to go to the bar if it was open, we went and told them we were at the bar. They text us, we didn?t realize it until a little bit later and he told us he was about to give our table away. We told him wewere at the bar like he suggested and he had a bit of attitude. Aside from that it was all amazing. Read more
My husband and I came for happy hour, which we found out they only serve at the bar. We tried each of the 3 HA menu cocktails... and most of the hors devours over the course of a couple hours (the portions are small of course). Everything was impeccable! The French 75 is absolutely delicious, and we loved the tuna tartare and the French onion soup. The atmosphere is a VIBE withgorgeous vintage gothic French decor and a beautiful classy center stage. Service was great! We will definitely be back for oneof their many shows :) Read more
We started off with oysters and shrimp cocktail, both were fresh and delicious. For entrees we each had the duck frites cooked... medium rare. It was perfectly cooked and tasted wonderful. Mac and cheese is bomb, fries as well. The passion fruit dessert isgreat. The specialty cocktails are a little expensive but they are interesting and taste good. We had very good service withmultiple people making sure everything at our table was going well. One critique, the tables for two are a little too small, themenus take up the entire table and it can be hard to make everything fit on the table if you end up getting a lot of food. Makesure you stay for the burlesque performances which are after 9:30 on Friday and Saturday! Oh and dress up! This is a nice place, show off your best dress, leave the jeans and t-shirts for more casual restaurants/bars. Read more
This was easily the best place we?ve ever eaten. The food and drinks were perfection. The service was so nice. And the show was... cool! Our only complaint is you can?t really hear each other or the servers very well over the music. But that?s part of theexperience so we aren?t really complaining ???? Price is $$$ but you definitely get what you pay for. Totally worth it andhighly recommend. Read more
