Crowded. The only entrance that is open is not wheelchair accessible. Side doors that would allow wheelchair convenience is... closed to public. Small elevator for walkers and wheelchair to allow you to sit and eat. Only a few of the employees know how tooperate the lift and the tables are too high to reach if you're under 5'4" or in a chair.
