So much for the 'HOT' French fries rule. They old, tiny, and brown. Burgers and nuggets were edible. Staff was just..... there.... Seems like they would argue with you if there's a problem. Don't know, didn't try, not worth it. I'll be ok if I don't comeback. Read more

Whomever is the overnight manager, needs to be re-taught on Customer Service and informing other 3rd party drivers such as: Door... Dash Drivers, Uber Eats, Grub Hub, etc on any changes that has been made. Not to put blame on Customers. Yes, an unknown mistakewas made but how the situation was handle was not acceptable at all. Rude staff comes from rude management. Very displeased withthe service that was received and under par of communication skills. Remember together we ALL work together and help oneanother. I understand a job can bring frustration, but how you handle a situation makes a big impression on the guest and forthe future guest that comes to a location such as yours. I normally don?t eat a lot of McDonald?s but when I do I order a double quarter pounder with cheese with only ketchup, cheese,... Mayo. Very simple request but for some reason the cooks at the McDonald?s can never seem to properly cook the patties correctly.I understand having a lot of orders in front you but rushing someone food out the window just to make the drive thru time isunacceptable by anyone standards. This location has multiple parking spots to have someone wait for their food if it?s going totake a few more minutes to properly cook the food that was ordered. In this case and like the previous times visiting aMcDonald?s location my food was UNDERCOOKED. McDonald?s if y?all can?t train the cooks to properly clean the grill beforecooking then take the item off the menu cause my next steps are to seek legal counsel and stop spending my money at McDonald?sall together. This McDonald's is the worst.. the drive -thru line is always long and takes forever to get waited on..the food is never ready... when you order..fries are always over cooked sandwiches are thrown together any kind of way..I hate to go there for real.. andit's sad bc back in the day when I was a kid this McDonald's was the best..the food was always hot and delicious the service wasgreat and served with a smile .
