The customer service received today was poor. Mistakes were made on behalf of the employees. There was no accountability or... apology. Manager, Avery, apparently didn't want to address my concern but was more interested in what the receipt said. Iordered a Fish meal and a Fish sandwich w/plenty lettuce & onions with a Mango Smoothie. I received one with little tartar andone with regular veggies. The lady at the pick-up window, Sidel, said she could not give me more lettuce and onions and neededmy sandwich which I didn't feel was necessary. The other fish with little tartar was returned with so much the 2nd time that itwas falling off. I asked for the manager, but she hesitated and asked me to pull up. The fish was again sent back again withlittle tartar. The manager sent employee, Jasmine, back out to my vehicle (who was helpful) to check my receipt to see if itshowed "little tartar" which it did, instead of coming to speak with me as requested. This restaurant was everything at McDonald's should be. It was spotlessly clean, well maintained, it had a very friendly staff,... everything was right. Was bright and attractive seem very new inside. Overall I'm going to keep this one in mind cuz it's closeto my neighborhood and it was a pleasure to visit. I should also mention that they were fresh cut flowers on the tables. I'venever been in a McDonald's with fresh cut flowers before. I was also proud to see the American flag and the Maryland state flagflying out front along with a McDonald's flag. These people take pride in their restaurant. Read more
Unique fast food dining experience. First McDonald's I have been to with table service! You can still go to counter for service... but you can also use the self service kiosk where you can place your order right on the screen, even special orders andrequests, then complete your purchase with a credit/debit card (or choose to pay at the counter). Once finished you take one ofthe table markers, enter the the number on the screen and take a seat (don't forget to grab your drinks first) . Shortly afteryour order is brought right to your table! To feel even more like a dining experience your even have floweres at the table anda pleasant ambiance within the surroundings. One star off because I didn't see any kind of condiment station, but I might havejust missed it. Great experience, hope to see more of the McDonald's doing this as I spend a lot of time in the car for work andthis provides a inexpensive dining experience instead of eating in the car! Read more
One of the very nicest McDonald?s I?ve ever been at great customer service, and very nice to give me extra hot sauce and ketchup
