Really wish KFC would stop cutting corners and get back to the ORIGINAL recipe. On top of poor service, this "reduced-cost"... recipe that they've been slinging isn't it. Not sure if it's cause this is a franchise or what - but the reduction in taste hasbeen noticeable for the at least the last 3 years. Read more
I gave this KFC location 3 stars for the food not the service. The young man cashier displayed no customer service at all...no... greeting, no thanks for coming, nothing. If I wasn't hungry I would have left. These employees do not seem to care that if itwasn't for the customers, they wouldn't have a job. Read more

This was the pot pie I got!!! Absolutely nothing in it. Terrible!!!! They also forgot both side items, and the biscuits were... cold. How difficult is it, to put all the items on the paper ticket in a bag with out forgetting anything???? Read more
The food was delicious, but I think they made an error. My chicken sandwich had bones in them (literally put a chicken breast +... a chicken leg in there) and it was my whole family having lunch from KFC, BUT NONE of them had any chicken bones in theirsandwich EXCEPT for me. ???????????? I have ordered from KFC at Westside shopping center many times over the last several years. I am usually ... satisfied. However, the two meals I got on 10/16/22 were horrible. Tenders and biscuits were cold and dry. It will be awhile before I consider this location again. Read more
