We were enjoying this restaurant until we realized they were trying to be shady with our bill at the end. We are very good... tippers and always tip at least 20% but we don't appreciate the scam they were trying to pull by not informing that they chargedan auto gratuity of 18% and then when they ring you up giving you tip options of 18%, 20% on top of that as if the auto gratuitywant already included. The manager needs to know that it should ALWAYS be divulged to the customers when the tip is alreadyincluded in the check. Anyone who works in the restaurant industry does/should know that. I placed an order for a chicken chicken Chesapeake on wheat bread was giving a sandwich on white bread then we also ordered a... chicken cheesesteak that had three pieces of hard bone or wood substance in it so when I callled to say something about my orderthe young lady told me they use shaved chicken for the steak sandwich so the manger(Roger) gets on the phone and says not I?msorry he said can you bring the food back and I?ll remake it or give u a refund however neither of those options pleased me hereplied that?s your only option they have lost a customer for life n I?m telling all my ppl???????????? Tried their Caesar Wrap. It was delicious. Plus the only restaurant in the locality to stay open late.

So I?ve ordered from Italiano?s now twice and there are a lot of positives. As others have said, the staff is friendly. I went... late on a Friday night with a large group and they were very accommodating and attentive ; it was 14 of us total and we dinedin. Everyone enjoyed their meal and so did I. I got two appetizers and a dessert but they were filling enough to almost be anentree. The carrot cake was sooo moist and delicious!! I got the spanakopita (spinach pie), and pita with tzatziki sauce alongwith French fries. They fry their French fries pretty hard so beware of that but they were still really good. Other ppl in mygroup got their fried chicken, a salad, a gyro, pizza and other things and everyone was more than satisfied. Through grubhub onanother day I got their banana stuffed challah bread French toast. Both were absolutely delicious with generous portions. Iwould highly recommend and would visit/order from again. I am not a fan of this spiraled mac, the crab cakes are the headliners and for that 5/5. I usually get one crab cake and fries,... I can never eat it all. I brought the double crab cake platter so it will serve as my lunch for tomorrow. This was well worthevery dime I spent on it. I love that this restaurant has a drive thru option. Read more
