I’ve visited this location a handful of times and each time I have a slightly different experience.. I’ve had both great... and not so great service here. All in all, it’s been alright and I’ve had more positive experiences than not. The food isgood! The bacon, you get free if you follow the restaurant on FB but, the bacon itself is not that great unfortunately. Ihighly recommend the crab dip! I get it each time and it’s consistently good! The French toast meal comes with only one sliceof French toast which is a bummer for the price. Also pictured are the breakfast egg rolls and cheese grits.. the grits were nogood but the egg rolls were good. Lastly, I do not recommend the pop tart. That being, it is advertised as a pop tart and Iassociate pop tarts with filling in the inside. The tart they offer is more so bread with icing and toppings. Nice place. The chicken sandwich is awesome. Had the Mac and cheese as a side, very cheesy and tasty. Service was super nice .... Troy was our server and she took the time to be sure we had everything and kept an eye out if we needed anything. Wonderful job. We also split one of their versions of a pop tart. Visited for the first time today Friday April 15th. Our server wasn’t the friendliest. Our order took a while to arrive but... they were pretty busy for a Friday morning. Everything was delicious. Their homemade pop tarts were incredible. Overall Irecommend giving them a try. Maybe go on a weekday morning! Also the bathrooms were gross and not kept up with. Read more
The food never fails in taste here. The service was good as well. Only reason for my 4 instead of 5 star is because it was... really cold in the restaurant this visit. Also, they are always changing the menu so if you go today and love an item, it likelywon't be there in a few months. Read more
I work close by and I finally had the chance to stop for breakfast. From the outside it looks like a small compact place but as... soon as you step in it’s a completely different place. The high ceilings and large windows give you an open bright farmhousevibe. Absolutely in love with the ambiance. Now negatives first… i stopped by on a Saturday morning. It wasn’t full but itwasn’t empty. The food did take quite a while to come out and by the time it did my eggs Benedict platter was more on the coldside probably because they were waiting on one other item for my table. I also didn’t like having multiple servers. They wereall super friendly but to me it seemed disorganized but that might be me being picky. Now positives… the food is DELICIOUS. Ienjoyed every single bite of the eggs Benedict. They were spicy enough and just overall amazing. My favorite item that day wasthe French toast churros. Oh man to die for. The place reminds me of a modern-day farmhouse with amazingly high ceilings and amazing views all around. The food and drinks... are great. Staff is very attententive. My child loved the warm syrup. Overall I would come back to this establishment many timesover. ???? Yummy yummy Read more
I’ve been to Iron Rooster a handful of times and every time it is a solid experience, but never enough to excite me about... going again. If you’re looking for this sort of elevated diner style/brunch food and Iron Rooster is in a good location thengo! The service, food, and prices are all good but again, not outstanding. It is fun that they have a 7-10 am happy hour whichhad me drinking an early cocktail for the hell of it. I enjoy their pop tart knock off as well. Honestly, I’m reallystruggling to say much else.
