Placed an order on Doordash, waited forever and then the order was out for delivery and literally a minute later was marked as... delivered. I checked outside incase they dropped the order at the door (even though I specified to call or text upon arrival).The store delivers their own orders and they are stealing from their customers. there is not a single time my order is correct. if its not the cookies i didnt ask for, to parts of my order missing its always... something. for some reason i keep giving them chance after chance. I'm better off making cookies from scratch, they dont take asnearly as long it takes to get my order correct from here. Read more
I love this store. I wouldn?t recommend getting them delivered through doordash because sometimes they?re on time and sometimes... I wait about an hour. But anytime I place an order for pickup my order is always correct and my cookies are fresh. Customerservice is always great here. I came here Saturday 09/17 around 12:00ish I can?t remember the lady name but she was so nice andpatient with the customers. She was moving fast but I didn?t feel rushed. Horrible experience in ordering. I used Doordash to place an order. I waited for at least an hour. There was no progress at all.... So I made a call to the customer service over the phone. They contacted the store, and then while I was put on hold, the orderwas suddenly marked delivered. I checked, and there was no delivery. No, no one stole the order (which they claimed) - I live ina pretty secure place. After talking on the phone with customer service, they relented and claimed that they will do aredelivery. When I asked can they give me an ETA, they said they couldn't and then changed their tune and said that THEYthemselves can't reach the store. They also claimed that the store is busy, when I can see on Google (live by the way) that itisn't. Just excuses after excuses after excuses. I then contacted Doordash to get a full refund. Apparently they told me thatthe delivery person went to the wrong address! How can anyone mess that up? That person has two jobs: to drive safely and getthe package to the right address. Apparently Insomnia Cookies does their own deliveries instead of letting Doordash take care ofit for them, which is pretty foolish in my opinion. There's an easy fix: fire that LOW IQ delivery driver and ask Doordash totake care of it for you! I'm sure you'd make more profit by doing that! Don't make my mistake and order from this place!!! I just wanna say this was the best service ever. I called the store but reached customer service instead because I couldn?t... figure out how to get inside the building due to a locked door. Although the store hours stated they were open and there wereworkers there. She was very patient and also called the store and had someone meet me at the door. Apparently the door locks ata certain time of night. I understand and I?m not upset in any way. I?m happy I was able to order my cookies after a long day ofwork. Thank you guys this made my day. Poor customer service. I placed my order, arrived at the location and waited. No one greeted me, asked about my order, etc.... after 20 mins I inquired about my order since the employees didn?t care to ask. They responded ? we don?t see it?. I don?texpect a red carpet when I?m picking up something simple as cookies, but a little customer service would be nice. This is abusiness. Read more

Fair warning, the Charles Village location is NOT doing in person orders, only pickup and delivery (within acertain radius, $6 order minimum). I found out the hard way after appearing in person. Some signage is def needed. Reason why Itook off a star. Small staff but they were quick once I placed the order on my phone. The two cookies I had were warm anddelicious ????. Not too soft, right amount of thickness and sweetness. I like firm, crunchy cookies ~ think blue chips ahoy andFamous Amos/Oreo lover ~ I got the Vegan Birthday cake cookie and the double chocolate chunk. A bit pricey but worth it. I wouldrecommend and visit again. I love cookies and generally can be a little picky but they exceeded my expectations since it?s beenseveral years since I?ve purchased or been in store. Read more
First time visiting and was excited to learn they have ice cream as well. The young lady serving me was very sweet and... recommended a scoop of ice cream on a cookie. I went with a salted caramel ice cream she recommended on a chocolate chip cookie.It didn't survive the walk home. Very yummy. I'd strongly recommend it! ???? Read more
