We went to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and it was a great decision. We have tried almost all the Indian restaurants in... Baltimore, but Indigma was refreshing. The cuisine was Indian with a delicious twist in most recipes. We ordered the open facesamosas for appetizers, and chicken biryani and lamb vindaloo for the main course. The lamb in particular was very tender andboth of us loved it. The chef suggested we try some of his crème brûlé and it was a great recommandation. Overall, Idefinitely look forward to visiting this place again. Read more

On our 1st visit Indigma we had lamb and fish. The meals were delicious, very flavorful, however the portion of fish was... extremely small. We called the next day to let the restaurant know. We received a call from Chef Tony who apologized and askedus to come back and he would make it right. He called a few days later and left a message reminding us to come by and pick upthe food. Excellent customer service!! And the meal exceeded our expectations! Thank you Chef Tony!! We were very impressed toreceive a 2nd call from you. Read more

It’s Restaurant Week here in Baltimore! That means experiencing as many new tastes as possible in our city! We walked into... this posh spot for some Indian classics but quickly learned that we had more than just the ordinary Indian cuisine coming ourway. We started off with two amazing craft Martinis, followed by our delicious appetizer, Keema Aloo kofta - minced lamb /spicy potato croquette. So unique in flavor and hearty. Our main course came out with a smoking, sizzling debut! Beautifullygreen Herbed Chicken Kabob Sizzler - coated with green herbs / mint / ginger. The Lamb Chettinadu was heart-stopping delicious - red curry leaf sauce / coconut / southern Indian spices. Both entrées came with steaming basmati rice, seasoned with delicatespices and plump green peas. As if my head wasn’t spinning enough with all the rich flavors and spices... second round ofmartinis... YES SIR! Mr. Tony, the owner of Indigma was a delight to speak with and a Baltimore staple in the culinary scene.Over 40 years of owning, cooking and running 11 Restaurants and he’s not stopping anytime soon. Thank goodness for thatbecause this has now become my go to spot for outstanding Indian fare with a twist. Dinner ended with this award winningCardamom Crème Brûlée... Just WOW. Indigma also has an amazing lunch buffet. We can’t wait to return! Read more

More interesting and fun take on Indian food. The dishes are recognizably Indian, but different enough to be pleasantly... surprising. The owner-manager was the host when we went and was gracious. Read more

New location but same great food. Tasty options both for vegetarians and their meat-eating friends. Open face samosa offers the... familiar flavors in a crunchy cup, mains have deep flavor without relying on the heavy cream that is too often used in otherIndian restaurants. Read more
