Worst Einstein in the country hands down, the employees move at the pace of molasses and the food is cold 100% of the time, I... ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich (again) and it was cold (again) in fact the cheese wasn't even melted (again), my sandwichtook 16 minutes for them to make and it was garbage. I've eaten here like 6 times and didn't learn my lesson always hoping itwas a fluke, it's not a one off bad experience, it's consistent. Read more

Unprofessional seriously rude employees, I was third in line to get a cup of coffee it took the lady along time to take orders... while shouting no cash only credit cards. After paying for my order I waited eight minutes to be next for my order that?s whenthe employee handed two drinks to the guy after me and when I asked about my drink he said wait your turn I said i was beforethat guy and all I ordered and s a black cup of coffee he didn?t say any thing turned around and started working on more drinksafter a few seconds I asked can I please get my drink he said over there and pointed to a half full cup with the lid sitting onthe drink upside down, I said I am not taking that cup just refund my money he pointed to the cashier she replied you have towait it will be quicker for you to take that drink than to wait for a refund I said it?s ok then she waited on three customersbefore she started my refund and when I said to the guy that?s not a way to treat customers she said you talk to me he is athird party. I?ll preface with the fact that they only had four people working and a line of 20 people at 5:30am, so understaffed for the... amount of people for sure. And yes the bagel baskets are unlabeled so you have to guess. Three stars because the food did comeout hot and edible. They?re the only place open in the terminal that serves breakfast food and coffee so you don?t really haveanother option but to stand in line for half an hour. The staff were tired. They played music on their phones and ignoredcustomers whenever possible, just trying to get things done without any questions. I draw the line and putting on a hoodie withthe hood up so that it was impossible to get their attention to ask about what happened to my tea. This is the second time I have been disappointed with EBB - but in fairness they were both airport experiences so I'm hoping... it's just that they're not good in the airport. My toasted bagel was barely warm and had barely any cream cheese. As you cansee - they replied below. However, I did what they told me to and went to their site and filled out the form. Huge fan of Einsteins. Walked from our concourse to the C concourse just to get a breakfast sandwich. The service was terrible.... The sandwich was barely warm. When we ordered they asked what kind of bagel we wanted to which we replied that we wanted theeverything bagel that the menu says it comes on. The guy behind the counter said we don't have that, you have to pick one fromover there. There were about 6 baskets with bagels in them that he pointed to and not a single basket had a label on them. Hedid not offer to even come over by the display to tell us what these other bagels were. If I had never been to an Einsteinsbefore, I certainly would never go back. Very disappointing. Read more

You?re probably better off continuing to the food court further down. We arrived at 4:30 AM and it says they open at 5:00 so we... chose to wait. When they didn?t open by 5:10 I asked what time they open. They said they can?t open until the manager arrives.The manager arrived around 5:20 and yelled at the 3 employees there telling them they should?ve opened at 5:00. They asked ifwe wanted a combo, coffee and hash browns, so we said yes. When we walked back to our gate to eat we found only one hash brown.The hash browns are advertised as double baked or something. However, the one we did get was some undercooked mushy and colddish. 2 stars because the food was at least edible. This place was close to my gate, and I was pushing for time. So out of extreme... hunger and desperation I came here.
