The owner?s best friend, a regular, who does not work here, harassed my family and I at our table. It was clear he had been... drinking and he also flamed the staff in front of customers for an incident related to an unattended bar. I don?t think theyknow how to help the disorganization issue and I think the owners annoying little gremlin friend bussing some tables wouldn?thelp. We got home with a chicken caesar salad we ordered to go but there was no chicken on it so we paid $20 for some iceberglettuce LOL Read more

I was both cheered and then dashed by this pizza. Fantastic New York Crust. Truly a killer crust and the best crust I have had... since Strapazza closed in Towson. They were the only place in Baltimore that had real New York style pizza and a fine pizza itwas! But the provolone used b EW&R mixes with the mozzarella and to me at least ends up making this taste like the toppinghas a bit of cheddar cheese mixed it. Little too sweet. They should do that amazing crust with just straight mozzarella, lowerthe sugar content of the sauce, smidge more and a nuttier olive oil would have it clocked. I love oregano, but they hadcompletely dressed the pizza in it, just a massive wash of oregano, that for some reason read like a sprinkle of poultryseason. I have never seen that much oregano decorating a pizza. So.....so close to what i have been craving to find inbaltimore and yet so far. If they did all of the above, they would have the very best pizza in Baltimore, and the surroundingmetro area and it would identically approximate genuine New York pizza which is a magnificent thing. All I wanted to do wasscrape off the topping and adjust it to being a traditional NY/NJ type pizza. "Traditional pizza" never uses provolone, oranything other than an impeccable mozzarella, really good quality Italian olive oil and a tart salty sauce. This could beoutstanding pizza with a tweak or two. Read more

I find this place to be average at best. The food can be decent but is inconsistent. Our bartender/server did a really good job.... Unfortunately the place closes at 9:00 p.m., even on a Thursday evening. Read more

This place doesn't disappoint. Salads, meatballs, pizzas are all excellent. I didn't get one this time but the burgers are... great, they do them in the pizza oven I believe. Anyway, pizza could have been a bit more done in the center is my onlynegative. However, it is a great pie. I think we didn't like the meatballs! Read more
