The flow during the morning is rough since the lot is very small amd people want their coffee to start their day. For the first... time my iced coffee was made just sweet enough, but not as sweet I would love it. But it was good alongside my warmed blueberrymuffin. Out all the Dunkin? Donuts I stop at, this is one of the slowest to take your order and serve your found. I?m inside now typing... this. One customer in-line was waiting for a cashier. Took my 10 min break to get a ice coffee. I just heard the order in frontof me was messed up. I came here today to get a latte and my order was really simple. I just wanted a small latte with hazelnut syrup and Stevia. I... asked for skim milk, and what I got was what looks like coffee water. There was no sign of milk at all, And I didn?t notice thehazelnut whatsoever. Considering this was almost 5 dollars for a single drink, and I don?t have a lot of extra money to spend,I?m seriously disappointed. This isn?t the first time that this is happened, this place is a 50-50 chance of being good orcompletely off the mark. I spent ten minutes in line of one car in front of me to get to the window and being rudely told they DO NOT have caramel?.. ???... WHAT? That is the most popular favor of a lot of Dunkin? Donuts orders and you don?t have caramel? ??? The cashier was extremelyrude and didn?t offer me ANYTHING for the inconvenience of this. This location needs to close? If you can?t hire people who knowhow to work and speak correctly to customers, they shouldn?t be working for you. NOR should a coffee shop ?run? out of caramelwhen you have special drinks that have caramel in it?? This store as been a problem for many others and this is the cherry ontop for me. I should have stopped going that last time I was there and the lady refused to give me my receipt after asking forit. She stated she couldn?t reprint it either. Great way to celebrate national donut day. The parking lot and drive thru situation is really bad at this location. Something... needs to be done to make this better because too many people get upset and inpatient (probably another sign how much they needtheir morning coffee ????).
