This store is on the edge of a rough area, so you need to be very aware of parking lot conditions. Aside from that the staff are... generally nice, but don?t know how to use the app and are unwilling to try to figure out why their system is not recognizing theDunkin app. I literally walked out of the store and left my order on the counter because they would not honor the Dunkin appdeal, I went to a Dunkin down the road, placed the same exact order and had it work no problem. Waited 37 mins for this little bit of food 4 different groups of ppl walked in were served food and drinks and gone!when my wife... walked up to ask what was going on the 3 women working had no idea we even placed the order smfh!!we're to busy talking in theback to do there jobs.frozen hot chocolate had to be made twice because it melted waiting for food they didn't even know weordered...will.never come to this location ever again and will be disputing the charge with my bank...need to get some employeeswho actually can do there job!!took us 37 mins to get our food completely unacceptable not even being busy do better!! I would give zero stars if I could. We just moved into the neighborhood and needed some coffee to power through a late night.... Normally, I?m a loyal Starbucks patron, but decided to give Dunkin a go. Needless to say, I will not make that mistake again -Starbucks is only a mile away and worth the drive because at Dunkin you get ignored for 10 minutes and then get unprofessional?jokes? hurled at you. We left without even purchasing a thing because of the ?service? of the young man behind the counter. Well, at this location I asked if they had hazelnut swirl and they said yes. I knew they didnt. So I tasted my drink and it was... the sugar free hazelnut shot . Black woman. 8pm working. New Years Eve. Should not make numerous attempts to have people , such as myself , feel unwelcomed ,... in my own neighborhood. She constantly was smoking cigarettes. Perhaps because the store wasn't busy. Is it rhetoricallysanitary to then put your hands on a sandwich , donut , or customers other patronized item after the fact ? I'm not sure whatshe said to two other people. An old white man in a hockey jersey. Or a younger Black man who was getting a take out from Arlons, but someone should inform this tepid smoking Black woman that professionalism isn't about getting people to engage in violentacts for you while you're in a uniform. Luckily nothing happened with any of these Savage or animal people , but this isn't thefirst inconvenient encounter that I have endured with this night shift Black woman. You can't go wrong with donuts really, but there are a couple of things that rubbed me the wrong way. I tried to order through... the Dunkin Donuts app, but when I got to the payment section, there was an error message that popped up. When I went into thestore, nobody there could help me so I just placed the order inside. The donuts were good but it just seemed like they weren'tmaking the donuts like they used to. The glazed donuts hardly had any glaze on it. And there wasn't much jelly in the jellydonuts. Hopefully next time will be better and the app will be working properly. Read more
