Waited over 20 minutes for a DoorDash order because they didn?t want to just hand me the order at pick up. First of all, I came... to pick up just to be directed to go to the register - that was rude, inconvenient and inconsiderate: the associate could?vejust told the other employee in this small store. I leave and come back;, it?s still not ready. When I finally came back again,the manager wanted to argue about already giving me the order at the register?. She left it there and never communicated thatbut was so prepared to be combative- it?s sickening how unprofessional they are. 20 minutes wasted due to unprofessionalemployees who can?t communicate. The staff are fast, they know what they are doing, and they are able to work with the Dunkin App. The only thing that I would... want from this location would be a drive thru, but other than that it is a great location. Read more

Not my first choice of Dunkin's but it's a Dunkin. The food is not always good as my egg and cheese wrap is sometimes burnt.... They try their best though Read more

VERY UNORGANIZED, & UNPROFESSIONAL! Workers so busy talking and laughing amongst themselves they got my order wrong TWICE !... first the cashier didn?t ring me up for everything I ordered. She only rung up my two coffees seen & not the food I ordered. Sheseen me waiting along with the rest of her coworkers and no one ever stoped to say hey mam are you Okaee what are you waitingfor . Then she didn?t even give me the right coffee . I asked for a brown sugar latte she gone give me a crazy caramel one .After waiting and saying something bout not having my food they made it after I had to go back to the cashier and order it againcause like I said she didn?t ring it up . Then they only gave us one of two hash browns. Latte she gave me that was wrong wasnasty anyways . Barely had any flavor . She busy talking laughing that?s why they can?t get customers order correct the firsttime . And they need to start repeating people orders back to them before the person swipes their card so they can make they goteverything the customer wants . Will never go back here or recommend to anyone . If you want good customer service & the rightorder go somewhere else . Place to expensive to be getting someone order wrong . Read more

Ordered an iced green tea from this Dunkin this morning. Shortly after picking it up, I realized there was an ant at the bottom... of my drink. I went back to explain and the employee made me a new drink. I then returned to work to notice YET ANOTHER ANT inmy re-made drink. I went back to the store for the third time to explain this is a health department issue because they clearlyhave bugs in the tea or sweetener they are using. The lady seemed unphased and only solution was to make me a third drink. Iwill not be returning. That is disgusting. Read more

Wow, great Dunkin?! Those concerned about COVID-19: This place is a death trap. It is 100% not the restaurant?s fault. On... multiple occasions patrons in this area have no problem being six to twelve people deep in this extremely small shop. It?sdefinitely a trend that I don?t see stopping any time soon. People regularly hold doors open for each other, stand about a footfrom each other, and today, some very-impatient person thumbed through my takeout order in order to check if it was their foodthat they just ordered at the register moments before. And here I am, the weirdo standing outside thinking that the crowd willdissipate, but it just got larger. Thankfully, they brought my food outside. Excellent service. Terrible, terrible patrons.
