A sandwich was missing from my order - no one answered the phone when I called the store - no one respond to my message from the... customer care number. Absolutely unprofessional, extremely pleasant employees; yet, being pleasant does not make up for missingfood that was paid for. The store itself was closed at that moment only the drive-thru was open and I did not feel like driving7 miles the next day just for a sandwich: the situation should have been resolved that day by answering the phone. Signs say that store has skip the line if u order and pay online so thats what I did, I get to window manager give me attitude... says I still have to stop at speaker this location does not offer that mind you the signs are all on the parking lot. I go backnext day now its a car blocking so you are unable to skip line, if this service is not offered here they need to stopadvertising. Read more
I mostly only drink espresso and whip cream con-pona tripio or quad shot i have been there 2 and the coffee is good the ladies... are nice i just think they take a long time to make my drink but not to long . Read more
I bought coffee and hash browns. Coffee was OK but hash browns were burnt and tasted bad
Dunkin donuts has the best coffee.
