Placed an order at 4:32pm for a 6pm scheduled delivery and it arrived at 6:50pm. The pizza was cold and the wings were soggy.... The chocolate lava cake was delicious as always, but overall, this location has been getting worse and worse. Would notrecommend- and customer service is a joke. Terrible to work with. Read more
I made it known beforehand I was using a big bill to pay, I left it in the notes that I had a big bill and to bring change so... that I could again pay. There was no communication from the store so I assumed everything was fine. Delivery person arrives withmy order and I got ?Damn I didn?t see your note til I got here sorry I dont have change?. Only option I had was to send thatorder back. The communication from this store has always been s**tty. A simple phone call when my order was initially placedcould have caused a better outcome. The last week i place my order online it was super fast. But look my pizza burn, the garlic bread. Also the brownie taste like... oil. I have proof of my order in case "the review " is scam. I'm NOT recommend this place. Read more
25 years ago, my husband was saved by Shock Trauma when he was hit by a drunk driver, delivering his last Domino's Pizza of the... night. Tonight, this 1235 Light Street Domino's store helped me thank Shock Trauma by sending LOTS of DELICIOUS Domino's pizzato those working TONIGHT on the front lines to save us and our loved ones at our most critical hour. I ordered this pizza. It said 18-28 minutes for delivery. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get here. The deliver was 45 minutes.... My pizza is literally COLD. Such BS. Also there is like zero tomato sauce on this pizza. It?s disgusting and I want my moneyback, it?s that bad!! Papa John?s from here on out. Read more
Definitely hard to get good help these days. Waited for my order from this place and it never showed. So I call the store and... spoke to a Donte. Who told me the order was still in the oven. When the app had told me it was out for delivery about an hourago. Not sure what I?m gonna do when it gets here. Trust the reviews. Skip this place. Ordered at 7, wrong food was delivered at 815. Asked them to remake since my kids are hungry... and the remade food wasn?t delivered until 945. Manager on the phone was rude and unapologetic despite their mistake. There?splenty other place around to order from this place is so not worth it unless you?re just looking to throw money away.
