Wednesday evening, place was empty. Came for a chocolate ice cream cone. They were out of chocolate ice cream. And cones.... Generously offered us the last of the kids cones. Total came to $16. Three dollars for half a scoop of ice cream and a dollarfor a cone. Which was stale. Sorry man gotta charge you full adult price. Read more

I love this location! Every thing is on point and fresh and customer service is amazing starting with the manager Nina. She made... my experience just that much better. Most importantly the ice cream is always great and just tastes like it was made with love.The sorbets are my favorite and being that I prefer sorbet to ice cream they never disappoint in the variety of flavors or waysthat you can customize to keep things new. Overall everything about the experience here is top notch and I personally believethis particular locations sets a very high standard for others. Read more
This is my neighborhood Ice cream shop so I?ve been frequenting here for years. Recently a new woman has become the General... Manager an boy is she doing wonderfully. I?ve noticed a change in cleanliness, atmosphere an customer services with the staff aswell as more products in that freezer that sits in the lobby where you order. I?ve spoken with her several times in store anpassing by an she is super sweet an very intentional with making relationships with her customers. All in all she is a greataddition to the neighborhood as well as helping our favorite ice cream shop get better! Terrible I walked in and wasn?t greeted then two young ladies in front pretty much ignored me and the one left out and went to... the back . The one with the burgundy scarf was packing to gos orders while I waited I come here all the time like twice a week Ihad switched up a lil at one point and came back to new staff I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN AND THE YOUNG LADY WITH YHE BLACKAND WHITE SCARF she had an attuide when I spoke with the manager with a burgundy scarf she said she thought someone took myorder but how if I was here at a certain time ! Is it just me or is the ice cream supposed to look, and be made, like the picture??? because it looks nothing like the picture... and doesn?t even have the same ingredients?.. very poor quality, taste.
