I stopped by prior to my doctor?s appointment. Everything was great with the ease of placing an order and the entire checkout... process. When I was looking for a seat near the restrooms, where I usually sit, I noticed that there were laminated signs on thetables stating ?This table is for team member use only Thank you for your understanding? I also like to mention that there weretwo tables unoccupied out of the four total in that space when I was looking for a table. I thought that was a joke orsomething. I have never been in a Chick-fil-A that had that on their tables in the past, or at ANY FAST FOOD (franchise)restaurant. So I asked for a manager to discuss the table situation. I asked him if I could sit there. He said no, it was forteam members only. At this point I realize this wasn?t a joke or prank. A shorten version of the conversation went somethinglike this, I said to him that it?s segregation. He denies that it is. I told him to go look it up in the history books. He keptcoming back with a response no matter what I said. He kept escalating the conversation. I wasn?t going to entertain it anylonger. I ended the conversation by letting him know that I was going to call Chick-fil-A cares. He nodded his head and we bothwalked our separate ways. Chick-fil-A cares took my information and details on the situation. I?m waiting on them to call meback. While I was on the phone with them I took the pictures and mentioned that I will post a google review with pictures sothat if corporate wanted to see for themselves what was going on at this location they can. There is not a good email that theChick-fil-A cares team member could give me to reach corporate directly. Between segregation, discrimination, or both is what Iwas faced with today. Absolutely no other franchise has done this in the past in my years of life. I have a strong hunch that itis illegal what they are doing at this location. I really enjoy everytime we go. The workers are very kind and always go above and beyond with helping the customers. A few weeks... ago, we went with a pretty decent group of kids to eat. One of the employees was so kind that he started putting tables togetheras soon as he saw us. Everyone we have encountered in each visit has been so kind. The food is always very good. The place isalways clean and it has a nice atmosphere to it. It is a one of a kind experience! ?? Read more

We stopped here on Saturday 10/15/2022, we just wanted a couple of shakes. The young man working the drive thru handing out... orders is truly an outstanding person. Polite and cordial, extremely friendly. Truly an asset to your company. This young manhas an attitude that will carry him to do great things. I didn't get his name but my description probably gives it away. Thankyou for hiring such a personable young man. It is a pleasure to see someone excited to do their job and do so well at it. Excellent service and price. I?ve ordered hash browns today. They are crispy. And ketchup they provided is very easy to use... without any mess. Definitely coming back to try their other breakfast items. Hopefully chicken isn?t dry and old like last time. Read more

Spent over 20 bucks ans got nuggets that werent the proper portion size, made a complaint via app and Danielle Alderson didnt... provide any compensation. Her response said that she was sorry and they hope to do better in the future (paraphrase). I'm donewith this place, see the attached photo. Read more
Be advised, this location has only one order lane, they are very busy on a regular basis, the food is awesome as usual and... customer service is outstanding, quicker to go inside or do curbside in advance, if they are to busy, Arby's and Checkers arealso in the area and Hip Hop Chicken, McDonald's, Hibachi Grill and Crafty Crab at the mall as well as a liquor store if youneed something other than a soda or lemonade Read more
