Tastes like normal Chick-fil-A but they didn't have the good ice. Limited menu. The lines are huge!

I?ve NEVER had a problem with chick fil a? EVER. Wanted breakfast prior to my flight and decided on them because I knew not only... would I receive good service, but hot food as well. First off the chicken mini meal is almost $1 more than the chicken biscuitmeal. I should?ve known something wasn?t right when like 20+ boxes were lined up under the heating lamp. I got my food sat downto eat it at my gate and EVERYTHING was hard and less than room temperature. It was too late to take my food back and get arefund. This will never happen again. Read more

Mackly or what ever his name is specifically is a terrible representative as far as customer service for you guys. Very... dismissive with an ?I don?t care? attitude. This was not appreciated nor needed and I really feel he brings the morale down forthe whole establishment. Other than that the service as a whole was okay. Read more

Worst chic-fil-a ever! Went to order, cashier acted as if it was an issue. Hardly any ice in drinks. Manager on phone picking... nose and then went to banging orders. The wait wasn't bad for being in the airport. They could have used another person to help with orders in the front. I was able... to eat and still have time for my plane that got delayed twice. Read more

They have a very limited menu. Cashiers were standing around talking while there was a line, and the person who was getting... something to eat said the soda was warm and too sweet. Customer Service is not like I've seen at other locations. Read more

No one seemed to know what they were doing, and no one seemed in charge. One register wasn?t set up for cash, so the employees... had to use the one working terminal for cash transactions, and the one I was at was rung up at wouldn?t take card. I waited forabout 5 minutes while they stood around trying to figure out why it wasn?t working and finally left without ordering. I lovechick fil a and have always had good experiences but this location was definitely not up to par. Read more

No complaints. Perfect comfort meal before a flight. Remember not to fly on Sunday so you can grab a meal here. Line was longer... than anywhere else, but they handled it quickly and got us our food out quick. Even in the airport, everything was clean,organized, friendly - and of course the food tasted great.
