This food is super ridiculously delicious. Even homemade sweet ice tea is delicious. I'm glad there are still chefs who cook... with love. You feel the dedication in every bite. I ordered 1/2 Rack ribs with mac & chees and garlic mashed potatoes and aside of delicious cole slaw. The meat melts in your mouth. For dessert I ordered Apple Cobbler and it is heaven in yourmouth. I had an event on 8/6/22 and I used BobbyD?s catering services and it was very nice. The food arrived on time and was good. Went with hubby today for a lunch date. He got blackened salmon with rice and cajun corn. He absolutely loved it. I got the... blackened chicken alfredo. It was good. Recently ordered from Chef Bobby D and glad we did! Online ordering was very easy, once ready, I rec'd a text message to pick... up. All very easy. We ordered the Blackened Chicken Pasta which was fantastic, creamy and a little bit of heat. Generous amountsof chicken on a bed of pasta that was huge! Totally unexpected portion size, and I ate it all... I couldnt help myself. Also theGrilled Chicken Panini with plantains. Again, delicious. The plantains were cooked to perfection and so sweet and tasty. Thesandwich was delicious and generously portioned. We ordered an appetizer of Sweet Chili Chicken Tenders, the sauce was reallytasty, more on the sweet side. There were plenty of pieces of chicken included. I had the blackened grilled salmon platter with mac and mashed potatoes, and some chocolate cake. Everything was good, and my... salmon was done, but NOT OVERCOOKED! I was impressed by that because a lot of places dry out fish, and this was perfectlycooked. The chocolate cake was also very nice. It was moist and very chocolatey. I'll be back to try more items.
