The amount of times i find myself stuck between choosing which of the lesser evil to eat that's the least bit healthy, KFC or... burgers, I went with burgers so I chose this location as its the closest to my job and i disappoint myself everytime. Everythingeveryone said about the wait times and bad customer service is true. You'll be waiting for at least 15-20 mins while they do whoknows what, i mean you can literally see them standing around while the inside lobby is hardly busy and you're in your carwaiting...for 20 mins, and you paid already...not like you can just drive off with no food. Once they made the order they rushedit to you so fast, you opened the burger only to find out its not what you ordered. At least the redo was correct, but againanother few minutes of wait. Just know whatever you ordered, you have to open it up right there in the car line and check if itscorrect. This shouldn't have to be the case, but it is. These workers are so rude. It?s ridiculous. The way they take orders at the drive thru is ignorant. And when you pull up to the... window. They just hand you the food and close the window. No ?Have a nice day? or anything. What if I was missing something? Orbetter yet wanted to add to my order? That?s why I hate ordering in these type of areas. I was in Checkers this evening and saw THE BIGGEST roach I have EVER seen in my entire life. Not only was I given an attitude... bcuz "it's a water bug" it was then flicked off the wall with an employee's hand wash to choose to be for confirm and thenscurried across the floor back into hiding. This was a reddish brown, 3 inch long American cockroach with about 1 inch longantennae! They didn't even bother killing it, they just let it keep roaming and eating Checkers food. Water bugs are verydifferent from cockroaches, the biggest difference is they have very short antennae on the underside of their bodies and theycan also bite! I mean seriously, invest in the Orkin man or put up traps! Do literally ANYTHING besides flick it off the wall soit can keep creating more roaches! Read more
I chose Checkers last night out of all of the other restaurants available on the delivery service options. My $50 order was... wrong! with missing items and a nasty mushroom burger that I didn't even order. We all know that the menu prices are inflatedwhen using a delivery service, in addition to service fees,tax and tip that's added. I would think that your establishment wouldensure that the customer would receive the correct order at least! I did contact the delivery service for compensation and Iwill review your restaurant on that site. But nothing will make up for the disappointing meal last night. Read more
