Delicious pastries and coffees in an aesthetically appealing cafe. Everything I tried here was absolutely wonderful. In the... course of several visits I tasted the smoked salmon focaccia, ham and cheese croissant, almond croissant, danish loaf, sweetpotato tart (seasonal item), crab and egg salad sandwich, poached pear tart (seasonal), and an oat milk latte. I was blown awayby the perfection of these baked goods; crisp crusts, delicate flakiness, beautifully balanced flavors, and gorgeouspresentations. The menu rotates on a monthly basis, and they post the updates on their instagram. I recommend checking the bakeschedule and arriving promptly because they often sell out? especially of the popular items like croissants. Parking is tight inthe neighborhood, and seating is very limited at the small outdoor area. Absolutely a must visit if you?re in Canton. Read more

Some of the best pastries i have ever had. We had the ham and cheese crescent, veggie quiche, blueberry cheesecake muffin,... matcha pistachio pastry, mango passion fruit danish, raspberry lychee danish. We loved everything but our least favorite was theblueberry cheesecake muffin. It was not very sweet at all. Read more

Seriously one of the best places I?ve ever shopped at. I had the ham and cheese croissant and it was absolutely fantastic. So... delicious with an incredible cheese flavor. It was so decadent. I also had the everything Focaccia bread that was also out ofthis world. I had it with a mocha latte that also didn?t disappoint and was different and yet better than any other one I?vehad. After months and maybe a year of hearing how good this place was I finally got to try it and it definitely lived up to thehype. Read more

Usually when we visit Baltimore, we go to Ovenbird (which is still worth a visit!). On a recent trip, we decided to an... equally-rated-well bakery in Canton called Cafe Dear Leon. It's a small bakery among a commercial strip and park that releasesdifferent pastries at certain times Wednesday through Sunday. We went on a January Sunday at around 10:30 a.m., waiting in linein the cold (worth it!). Although a long line, it moved fast. As I waited for 30 minutes, someone came out with little cups offree hot chocolate. (Oh, wow- among the best hot chocolate I've ever had!) Once inside the little shop, it was quick to orderpastries and head out. To feed a family of three with extra food at the end, I ordered an almond croissant, chocolate croissant, kouign and hazelnut focaccia. Each was good, but the almond croissant and hazelnut focaccia took the cake. The hazelnut focacciais made with roasted hazelnuts, goat cheese, mozzarella and honey. It's a good balance of savory and a tad sweet. Ourfour-year-old daughter really liked the kouign! They also have a full coffee menu. Read more

Way better than any coffee shop I?ve been to lately. Quick, strong coffee & espresso drinks, and simply delicious food. Since... the food is already on display in the case, if it?s there, it?s yours. Get there early if you?re trying to snag one of theabsolutely amazing egg salad sandwiches. They sell out quick. Read more

Drove 25 minutes out of my way at 6am on a Sunday to try this spot I've been stalking on Instagram and it did not disappoint!... This cute Cafe is bright and inviting with super helpful and friendly staff! I ordered the Ham and Cheese Croissant along with aCream Cheese Blueberry Muffin. The croissant was perfectly savory and flaky with warm gooey cheese. The muffin was sweet andmoist with bit of crunch from the topping. Perfect mix of sweet and savory to the day! Service was super quick too so I had timeto enjoy some on a bench in the square alone while watching the sun come up! Will be back to try some lunch soon! Read more
