My exp here every time is the worse. After today, not returning. I ordered inside. Small rush, I was the last one to get my food... even tho I ordered before everyone. Got my food and it?s not complete. They dropped my food when I asked where it was. Then gethome pickles on my sandwiche when it clearly says no pickle. Fries weren?t fresh and I was offered a free refill. Cashier wasrude to another customer. No one was cleaning after rush but all 6 employees congregated for ppl to hear. The service was so so slow on the inside and drive-thru. The restaurant is not very clean. The drive- thru is very tight and... extremely dark. They need more lighting in the drive-thru area and more staff. The guy who ran the window was friendly and wasdoing the best he could. Read more
