Chicken old dry small fries limp meal awful use to have very good food didn't get one of my drinks
I’m giving them a 3.8 because the food was good. Customer service is everything but when I first walked in the young lady... looked at me & closed the kitchen door never saying anything. I believe the manager or owner took my order and was good fromthat point. Store could use an overhaul, I will return to see if changes are made. Upon returning to this store 2/7/22 it wasbetter this time around. The lady who took my order was pleasant on the phone & when I walked into the store. Hanging out with my bestie on a Saturday afternoon we got a hankering for some wings. Billy's did not disappoint! We ordered the... Buffalo Garlic and Lemon pepper. The wings were sizable and fried, naked, to perfection - not too hard and not too soft. BuffaloGarlic was a great combination of Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan. The Lemon Pepper were super lemony with a powerful zing. I'venever had Lemon Pepper with this much yellow lemon flavor - almost too much but not quite. If you get them be prepared topucker! I just came and it's really bad. I was seeing how they where cooking my food and they just don't have any hygiene and food taste... is not good at all. THEY WHERE USING NO GLOVES AND MASK!!!! I ordered via Grubhub but still no excuse!You leave notes on how you want your food and it is not followed like what's the... point! I order from them almost every Tuesday. Tuesday Is Their Buy One Get One Free Day. Pizza Is Always Usually Hot And Arrives At A... Reasonable Time. They Only Got My Order Wrong Once Outta All The Times I Ordered There But They Do Their Best To Make You HappyOne Day They Forgot My Garlic Sauce But Had A Driver Bring Me One Back PS.Im pregnant so I was hurt about my garlic sauce notbeing there ????
