Friendly staff! Patient with my son and I making decisions but it was middle of the afternoon so they weren't too busy either :)
My day started off great. I went to baskin robbone and ordered a milkshake like I normally do. I have had great milkshakes... there, so I was excited. When they gave us our milkshakes it was very liquidity and thin. When I asked them to fix it they justblended ice in it. I went back, because milkshakes are not cheap, and they would not remake it, they said I could pay extra tohave more ice cream added. And I responded by asking if they could remake it with less milk, so it would be thicker, theyrefused. Not going back there for a while. Read more
Service is quick. They could be alittle more friendly. But the bathrooms are open this is a major plus for me because I'm... constantly on the move. Usually no crowd. Got my coconut ???? milk ice latte with hazelnut flavor. Read more

After driving to two other locations. That said that they close at 11, however they closed earlier. This location was still... open, Alhamdulilah! I was able to get my milkshake, YAY!!! Read more
We went through the drive-thru to get ice cream and the custom service was terrible. We asked the lady what flavors they had and... she just said to search it up and leave the line because we were taking too long. We came back around and she was very impatientand continued to rush us as we listed orders for six people which obviously takes a few minutes to communicate the number ofscoops and such. She also got the order wrong but refused to fix it and had us go back around to the end of the line andre-order. Please learn to be patient with your customers. Read more
This caucasian lady must be new! Had the audacity to make my tea with her nasty unsanitary bare hands inside my cup????... Squeezing my tea bags as if she was home making a cup for herself???????????? I prayed it was not my cup... she drops the teabag in the cup while squeezing it. Guess what she had to do to get it out of the large cup? Her whole hand went in for the kill???????????? So I called her over to the window and asked was that my cup ???? It was my cup????????????. I said nope don't wantthat give me a cold tea instead. Im done. I love the short guy with glasses. He always on point! ???????? If he not there, theynot getting my business????. If i could give a 0 if i would. Terrible service. First we get told yes they have a military discount then he starts yelling us.... Prior to that he was so rude. So I told my husband just forget it and get the product then he hot even ruder so I said out loudit's OK I'll fill out the survey. If the kids didn't really want ice cream we would have left. Then to smack me in the face moreI asked who took the order they had already heard I was going to do the survey who ever was at the window said we weren't rudewe were just loud because we were trying to make sure you heard us. I said sure that's why they had an attitude. i gave them mycard paid. They didn't give me my receipt I guess as their way of avoiding the survey. We just moved to the area needless to saythat was the fist 40.00 I spend and the last I spend. I work for a company where I often buy large breakfasts, donuts andcoffees for my employees. And it will never happen at this location. I will go as far as saying if the same owners own the onein Hunt Valley or Owings Mills it won't be me or any one I know buying from there either Read more
