I've seen multiple other reviews mention this, but if (not if, moreso WHEN) they mess up your order, the only way they'll agree... to refund you is if you bring everything back to them -___-. I ordered the cheese fries with the cheese on the side...I got aside of shredded mozzarella cheese wrapped in tinfoil...I also ordered a cheesesteak with American cheese, but there was nocheese on my CHEESEsteak. When I called the owner was SO rude & he just kept saying "we ran out of cheese" (must've ran out ofmultiple types of cheese, I guess), and refused to offer me a refund until I brought everything back. He eventually sent thedriver back to my house where I had left the bag on the porch, but when their driver arrived he stood on my porch/in my windowdemanding for the can of soda back, too, which (naturally) was the first thing I opened when I received the order, so I wasn'tgoing to hand an opened soda can back to him, yet he refused to leave my porch -___- THESE GUYS ARE WILD & regardless of thefact that their food is less-than-mediocre, I would avoid supporting this place at all costs. I am an avid customer of Arlons for six years now and I have only set foot in the actual site one time. This is a phenomenal... place for quick picks and for carryout! On site, it’s a small place for customer orders and dine in but cooks and cashiersare fast, friendly and always, always hustling. Off site carry outs, orders will take an average of half hour delivery. Ialways give a nice tip because the guys are so well mannered and they are willing to deliver almost wherever. I love them. Thefood is packaged well, always arrives hot and is deeeeeeeeeeeeeliciousah! I am a lifelong vegetarian and so I love theirsamosas with tamarind sauce. Yummy! (#VegetariansEatOut2 ????). When I feel for more, I order daal (split peas or lentilcurry. However this restaurant has popular Spanish, Italian, American and Indian food. Take your pick. From quesadillas, tocustom made pizzas, to wings, to curry, you name it, they seem to have it. They’re not perfect, every now and then an ordermay miss something but if you talk to them, they’ll correct that.
