Very disappointing service and prepared food items.. When I received my meal it was cold, the Cheddar Roast Beef Sandwich and my... fries.. Yes, I could have taken it back but when it happens more often than not than it's an issue. Couldn't wait to try the new Cheesesteak. (receipt # DT310). I usually get Sonic's, which is delicious. Went on my way... towards 95, opened the box and--no red/green peppers. Onions--yes--and that's the only thing that had any taste. The beef 'n'cheese pudding was a tasteless mass with no seasoning at all. The bread was soft but difficult to tear off the sandwich. Yuk. I suspect Somebody at this store is doing credicard fraud . So if your creditcard becomes compromised that we know for sure.... This was the only place i used my creditcard in about a week 3hrs later they took 800 dollars from me. Let me know if anybodyelse also experienced this foolery Read more

This place is a whole hot mess. You're lucky if they even have condiments in stock or beverages on tap. Seems like incompetent... management is running this place, considering the other fast food restaurants in the same parking lot don't have these issues.Clearly, something is wrong with this location.
