When I was new in the city and checking out the Charles Village area and saw this place called &Pizza, The minute I walked in I... never felt so welcoming (Customer Service) these ladies are so beautiful and intelligent I couldn?t ask for amazing customerservice. Paneisha, KiKi & Lexi are on point and you can tell that they love what they do as well interact with the customers.Thank you ladies so much. I?m a huge FAN! Quality pizza, though pricey. Serving staff very nice.
My first visit was perfect no issues and food was great . My second visit was a different story , customer service and overall... look and feel could?ve been better and the toppings on my pizza were pretty much just thrown on top not cooked no care forpresentation. Read more

I visited this establishment on 01/26/22, and I?m SURE I?ll be back. My friend and I were greeted by Shanee, who took us through... the process from start to finish. Shanee made sure the line was cleaned when my friend ordered a vegan pizza, which rarely everhappens. What stuck out even more is when Joe did our toppings and said ?I want it to look how you want it to look.? The linewas smooth, the customer service is the equivalent of Chick-fil-A, and it was a great experience overall. Read more
I have no clue who is working there but all of my pizza arrived undercooked and haphazardly handled. Ingredients were just... thrown on, the garlic knots were raw. I know this is not representative of &Pizza proper because I?ve ordered from other spotswith no complaint. In fact, &pizza is one of my favorite spots to frequent? So receiving disgusting food from this place reallydisappointed me, and given there is no phone number to call to express my disdain? I?ve had to settle for reviewing thisestablishment with 1 star. I was in town visiting and wanted to quick snack. This place was suggested as a good place and yes it was! I visited on a... weekday morning just as they opened. The ingredients were clearly fresh and the presentation was wonderful. I grew up eatingalot of pizza and this was a standout experience ! The taste was great and order was completed on time. The option to orderonline and get text updates was a plus. I will definitely visit again! Read more
&pizza is quickly becoming my go to pizza. It?s fast and delicious and just so consistently good. I even take me tour de pizza... cutter for a ride on their pizzas. Had pepperoni pizza and I got the garlic knots too!! Read more
