The customer service of this place is horrendous! They are rude on the phone. Several times I have been left on hold for 10mins... just for them to hang up on me. The female worker in the restaurant sounds like she’s abused daily and incompetent to handlecustomers. Probably not her fault because speaking to the manager and his speech oozes toxic masculinity. Place is disgusting. The owner is very rude and nasty, he also charges you more than the food actually costs. Was told the food... was terrible and uncooked but thought to give it a try anyway. Once i seen more than one rat i didn't want the food but theowner refused to give me a refund, so i threw the food in the trash. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Most of the time I just order salads which are very good but this time I order a crab cake platter because they SAID they had no... more grilled shrimp but had fried jumbo platter ??????????? Anywho, the crab cake was burned, salty, very greasy and had barelyNO CRAB in it just stuffing!! My stomach ached from the little bit of crab cake I ate because of the enormous amount of grease!!I’m a little upset that I waisted 18$ on this crab cake platter which was definitely NOT worth it! I came in ordered 4 whole wings and fries the chicken was crisp hard as if someone ordered and didn’t pick up so they dropped... it back in the oil and sold it to me!!!! It took less than 3 minutes to get it I live a distance from this place so I’m notable to take it back !!!will never order here again Read more
This had nothing to do with the Food it Taste GREAT... It's the People who worked on 7/25 at night they were very... Unprofessional and rude. Had Me on hold the first time for 8 minutes and 16 seconds then I was on hold again for another 4 mins47 seconds. Who ever worked that night she was Truly RUDE she Yelled at Me and put me back on hold a third time at this point Ijust hung up and reached out you y'all... I didn't even eat dinner I was sooo aggravated. This experience made me want to callthose I know that eat here with Us on a regular and let them know about what I've experienced from your phone person. The only reason I am giving this review 3 stars is because the food is actually good BUT the delivery driver Omar Cisse was very... rude!!! He rushed me to come get my food from him as soon as he arrived in my area but wasnt even at my door. He parked up thestreet from my address and waited until I walked to his car to get out and give me my pizza. I tipped for this bad service??? IfI ask for my food delivered I want it to be delivered to my HOUSE, and to my DOOR not up the street. I could've just walked toyou guys and skipped the delivery fee he then went on about he's worked there for years so nobody is gonna fire him. That's notgood for business. I ordered a Philly cheese steak sub minus the cheese with party wings, and french fries. The sub was very delicious and was not... over-seasoned. As you can see in the photos, they stuffed it pretty good with meat. The fries good and thick, and cooked well. Ididn't eat the wings yet but I'm anticipating they are going to taste good equally. I ordered through GrubHub and although thetime was on the long side I ended up getting my order about 15 minutes earlier than expected. I will definitely order from hereagain and recommend anyone to check them out. Read more
Found a “ROACH” in my “Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad” today after they delivered it. If I hadn’t tossed my salad once... I put the dressing on it I would never have seen the “ROACH”. But instead I would have eaten it. Health Department will bepaying them a serious visit. Read more
